Under the aforementioned project the Board of Directors, Elzamech Foundry, hereby invites you to submit a binding quotation, in the meaning of Article 66 of Civil Code, for the implementation of the cable connection between MV-15kV switchgear from grid belonging to ENERGA S.A for power supply of the induction furnace 12t/4,5MW in the building C-29 (the furnace supplied by 24-pulse frequency converter), in compliance with the engineering documentation.

The copy of the civil work design and detailed engineering documentation for the implementation of the cable connection is available free of charge in company's office, room 1.

The offer shall include the cost such as:

1. Cost of controlled bore under Elbląg river
2. Cost of controlled bore under the roadway, at Radomska street
3. Laying of flame resistant/flame retardant cable from Transformer/Switching Station Elbląg Radomska to MV-15kV switchgear in the C-29 building (MV-15kV switchgear is supplied by the furnace erection contractor)
4. Cost of necessary tests, inspections and measurements
5. Cost of geodetic services, administrative charges, etc.

Criteria for selection of the winning offer will be as follows:

• price
• warranty conditions
• payment conditions
• list of reference objects

Project completion date - 31st May 2011

Validity of the offer not shorter than until 31st March 2011

Offer shall be signed only by persons authorised to represent your company.

Offer shall be accompanied by:

• documents confirming the authority to represent the company;
• documents confirming the registration of the company according to the local law, enclosed as originals, or as copies confirmed by notary public.
• list of reference similar installations

Offers shall be submitted in person, or by signed-for post, to the Company office under the address 82-300 Elbląg ul. Dolna 4a, until 28 February 2011, 14.00 hours.

Offers shall be in Polish and the currency of the offer shall be PLN.

Elzamech Foundry reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure if the price of the most advantageous offer complying with technical requirements exceeds the amount budgeted by the Purchaser for the purchase.
