On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of ELZAMECH Foundry, we would like to remind you of an extraordinary path our company has taken since its establishment in 1994. Thanks to the commitment of the team and innovative solutions, ELZAMECH has become one of the leading manufacturers of iron castings in Poland and on international markets. Celebrating this anniversary, we proudly summarize our achievements and we look to the future with determination, continuing to develop and improve our offer.
ELZAMECH has come a long way to become a leader in the production of iron castings. Until 1990, the foundry operated within the structures of Z.M.ZAMECH, and in the 1990s it was part of ABB Zamech and ELZAM Holding SA. After the separation in 1994, Elzamech had to rebuild its position on the market, which was connected with many challenges. The company focused on the production of severe iron castings from ductile and grey cast iron, which remain key elements of our offer to this day. Complete customer service includes design, technological preparation, production, mechanical machining, testing, painting and assembly.
ELZAMECH consistently invests in the development of technology and infrastructure, implementing key projects. The company purchased, among others, a line for the transmission and prefabrication of molding sand, which allows for the production of advanced castings for the wind power industry. In subsequent years, investments were made in a modern furnace and machining centers, which enabled the production of large-size castings. Additionally, in 2016, a modern paint shop was launched. Profits from the productions are regularly reinvested. From the beginning of its operations, the company has allocated its income to the purchase of assets and investments in machinery and technological innovations, which were partially implemented thanks to the EU funds as part of aid programs for the years 2007-2013.
ELZAMECH has not only gained a reputation on the domestic market, but also built recognition abroad, exporting over 90% of its production, mainly to the EU countries. Our production is carried out in accordance with the Integrated Management System, meeting the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The high quality of our products and innovative solutions make us a reliable partner, competing with other manufacturers on the international casting market.
